Where we ship
United States only, for now. International is on the radar — drop your email on the waitlist and we'll let you know when it opens up.
How long it takes
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after that
- Total: about 3–7 business days from order to mailbox
How much it costs
Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no codes, no asterisk.
Sales tax
We collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to Indiana addresses. Other states, no tax — for now.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email right after you order, and a second email with USPS tracking the moment we print your label.
A note on the first drop
If you ordered during pre-order, your order ships within a few business days of inventory landing at our packing station. We'll email you the day shipments go out — no guessing.
If your package is stuck or damaged
USPS scans aren't perfect. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, or your package shows up damaged, email support@kickrats.com with your order number. We'll make it right.
Returns
Real talk: footbags are personal-use items. Once one leaves our packing station and lands in your hands, we can't resell it. So we don't do change-of-mind returns. Order with intention.
What we do cover, no questions:
- Damaged in shipping
- Defective or wrong item
- Lost in the mail
- Didn't arrive
Email support@kickrats.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery, if it never showed) with your order number and a photo if it applies. We'll send a replacement or refund. Usually same-day response, almost always within one business day.
We're a two-person operation. We'd rather spend our time making the experience right when something actually goes wrong than processing returns on stuff that's fine.
