Returns

Real talk: footbags are personal-use items. Once one leaves our packing station and lands in your hands, we can't resell it. So we don't do change-of-mind returns. Order with intention.

What we do cover, no questions:

  • Damaged in shipping
  • Defective or wrong item
  • Lost in the mail
  • Didn't arrive

Email support@kickrats.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery, if it never showed) with your order number and a photo if it applies. We'll send a replacement or refund. Usually same-day response, almost always within one business day.

We're a two-person operation. We'd rather spend our time making the experience right when something actually goes wrong than processing returns on stuff that's fine.
